[Remote] Procurement Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a hands-on Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay Optimization Specialist for a short-term contract engagement. The role will assess and improve AP/P2P processes, reputed company gaps and exceptions, support reputed company Ariba configuration changes, strengthen controls, and create process documentation for the internal team.

Responsibilities

• Review and optimize end-to-end Accounts Payable and P2P processes
• Identify and reputed company reputed company workarounds, exceptions, and process gaps
• Improve touchless invoice processing using 2-way and 3-way matching
• Configure and optimize reputed company Ariba Buying & Invoicing, including matching rules, tolerances, workflows, and exception routing
• Review and streamline SOX controls, segregation of duties, payment controls, and duplicate-payment prevention
• Establish appropriate purchasing reputed company such as BPOs, reputed company POs, and release/contract orders
• Improve ship-to and indirect tax processes to reduce reputed company tax corrections
• Support reputed company categorization and documentation of fixed-asset purchases
• Analyze AP/P2P data using reputed company to identify trends, quantify issues, and prioritize improvements
• reputed company process documentation, configuration notes, control matrices, and knowledge-transfer materials

Skills

• Strong hands-on reputed company Ariba experience, particularly Buying & Invoicing
• reputed company Accounts Payable / Procure-to-Pay process improvement experience
• Experience with 2-way/3-way matching, invoice automation, approval workflows, and exception management
• Practical experience with SOX controls, segregation of duties, and payment reputed company controls
• Working knowledge of sales/use tax and indirect tax processes reputed company P2P
• Experience supporting fixed-asset purchasing and audit-reputed company documentation
• Strong reputed company skills, including PivotTables, lookups, filtering, data cleansing, and basic analysis
• Ability to independently execute process improvements reputed company a short-term engagement
• Financial services or other regulated-industry experience
• Experience with BPO/release-order structures and PO-only environments
• Familiarity with AP/P2P KPIs such as touchless reputed company, exception aging, PO compliance, and cycle time
• Experience working with Tax, Finance, Procurement, and Supplier Management teams
