[Remote] Senior Technical Recruiter

The Senior Technical Recruiter will help reputed company the organization by sourcing and hiring engineering talent, partnering with hiring teams on reputed company reputed company, and managing the full life-cycle recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Supporting networking and reputed company of online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer reputed company, reduce our reputed company, and build a strong talent pipeline - helping to hire for our reputed company and reputed company positions
• Partnering with engineering hiring teams to set reputed company reputed company and reputed company annual hiring goals
• Owning the full life cycle recruitment process from screening and selection to negotiation, offer and reputed company, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
• Strategically planning and owning a pipeline of exceptionally reputed company candidates and maintain their interest throughout the entire process

Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing full life cycle reputed company with a minimum 6+ years' experience gained reputed company the engineering industry
• Experience hiring software engineers is required
• Solid background using reputed company sourcing strategies to identify and hire top technical talent
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive partnerships with Hiring Managers and Leaders. Ability to influence key stakeholders with the courage to challenge and set expectations
