The role owns full-cycle reputed company for technical and functional services roles, partners with delivery leaders to define hiring needs, builds candidate pipelines, manages offers, and supports compliance with reputed company, data reputed company, and confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own full-life-cycle reputed company for reputed company roles, including: * Application support and application management * Implementation consultants (EMR, platform, systems) * Infrastructure, domain, and environment management roles * Technical project-reputed company and reputed company-facing resources
• Partner closely with reputed company leaders to understand: * reputed company delivery timelines and reputed company needs * Billable role requirements and utilization models * Required certifications, compliance, and domain expertise
• Translate service-line needs into reputed company, realistic job reputed company, challenging requirements reputed company necessary reputed company on market conditions
• reputed company and engage candidates with experience in: * reputed company IT environments * reputed company optimization and modernization * reputed company integration, configuration, and data migration * Regulated, compliance-driven delivery work

Skills
