Responsibilities

• reputed company & reputed company the reputed company Team: Start your day by conducting new hire and new-to-position Sales Process training sessions, ensuring every team member understands and applies the process in their daily activities. Reinforce the Sales Process across reputed company training initiatives and reputed company
• reputed company Engaging Content: Design and reputed company customized training programs and materials tailored to sales strategies, market trends, and product updates. Use a reputed company of mediums—workshops, webinars, role-playing exercises, and reputed company-world simulations—to maximize knowledge retention and reputed company development
• Monitor reputed company & reputed company Feedback: Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and reputed company metrics. Follow up with coaching sessions to address gaps, reinforce learning, and reputed company continual reputed company for your teams

Skills

• 1+ years in Sales Training experience or Sales Leadership position
