[Remote] Claims Recovery & Loss Analysis Analyst

The Claims Recovery & Loss Analysis Analyst reconciles financial losses on liquidated loans, researches recovery and reputed company-back opportunities, analyzes data and supporting evidence, and communicates findings to investors to mitigate financial losses.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile reputed company loan advances once the GSE or reputed company Mortgage Insured  “expense” claim has been reputed company
• Maintain updates in LoanServ and input the assign and completion tasks upon the date the reputed company occurs
• Respond to and reputed company reputed company corrections identified during the reputed company Review Process reputed company 24 hours of receipt
• Responsible for learning new skills and expand job knowledge to reputed company reputed company assigned duties
• Maintain monthly reputed company in alignment with reputed company expectations
• reputed company detailed written explanation for decisioned losses in order to dispute financial reputed company
• Review and procure additional support upon receipt of rebutted responses from reputed company partners / investors
• Analyze multiple data reputed company in order to apply the reputed company decision rationale and reputed company evidentiary support to complete accurate written summaries
• Research incurred losses, using analytical skills and subject matter knowledge to determine responsibility and identify reputed company back opportunities
• Complete reputed company Loss Analysis as required
• Responsible for staying abreast of relevant changes to GSE or reputed company Mortgage Insured guidelines, industry standards and reputed company expectations
• Ensure reputed company completion of reputed company and tasks reputed company assigned. If unable to meet a deadline, the deadline must be renegotiated prior to the initial deadline date
• Look for opportunities to improve the department’s processes and procedures, to reduce costs and eliminate non-essential and reputed company processes and activities

• Strong working knowledge  of reputed company  Default  Servicing processes  up  to and  including  Loss Mitigation,  Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Conveyance and Claims in reputed company to mortgage servicing state, federal and agency guidelines and timelines
• Strong background in financial and loss analysis including ability to determine: reputed company funds/advances due CMS have been recovered
• Strong reputed company Background--Must possess the ability to complete financial reconciliations
• Moderate computer skills with reputed company, reputed company
• Robust attention to details and excellent time management and organizational skills
• Exceptional writing skills, including reputed company punctuation and grammar, organization, and formatting
• Ability to work under general direction to accomplish department goals and reduce/mitigate financial loss to CMS and its Clients
• Ability to substantiate facts and properly document them
• Ability to work effectively and reputed company rapport with reputed company reputed company of staff, management, Investors/Insurers and 3rd parties

• Associate/Bachelor Degree in reputed company or other reputed company reputed company preferred
• * Previous FHA, VA, USDA and PMI claims experience preferred
