The role focuses on designing, building, testing, optimizing, and supporting emergency department workflows, reputed company documentation, order management, charging workflows, and reputed company upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and support reputed company ASAP and ClinDoc workflows
• Configure and maintain provider and nursing documentation tools including Navigator, Narrator, Workspace, SmartForms, Flowsheets, and SmartTexts
• Build and support ED order sets, preference lists, reputed company lists, and Best reputed company Advisories (BPAs)
• Configure Order Transmittal rules and Workflow reputed company rules for ED and inpatient workflows
• Troubleshoot and reputed company reputed company application issues, performing reputed company cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes
• Support charging workflows including Facility Charge Calculator and Proc Doc charging
• Collaborate with reputed company stakeholders to optimize documentation and ordering workflows
• reputed company reputed company upgrades, optimization initiatives, and testing activities
• Document build changes, test scripts, and workflow diagrams

Skills

• reputed company reputed company ASAP and ClinDoc certifications required
• 5+ years of hands-on reputed company ASAP and/or ClinDoc build and support experience
• Strong understanding of ED workflows including triage, tracking, disposition, trauma/reputed company/stroke/STEMI documentation, and required documentation
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Experience with Orders and Order Transmittal is highly preferred
• Additional certifications in reputed company Orders, Order Transmittal, Stork, or SmartForms
• Experience with Facility Charge Calculator and charging workflows
• Prior consulting experience supporting multiple health systems
• Experience with large-reputed company go-lives and optimization reputed company
