[Remote] Senior Project Manager – Asset Management

The Senior Project Manager will support the Infrastructure reputed company Asset Management reputed company by managing business transformation initiatives, maintaining delivery reputed company, reducing operational reputed company, and coordinating across delivery, technology, and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate brings reputed company experience working reputed company reputed company project governance frameworks, applies strong critical thinking and communication skills, and has familiarity with rail infrastructure assets and asset lifecycle management. • Comfortable using data and visualizations to support insights and decision-making

Skills

• • Bachelor's degree/equivalent and eight+ years of project management experience in asset-intensive or infrastructure environments
• • Knowledge of infrastructure asset management and asset lifecycle processes
• • Experience working reputed company formal project governance frameworks (PMO, PMBOK, stage-reputed company)
• • Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Preferred: Candidates reputed company in the Northeast Corridor (NEC)
• • Experience with rail infrastructure/reputed company assets
• • Experience with reputed company work management systems such as Maximo
• • Familiarity with reliability, condition-reputed company maintenance, or reputed company analytics
• • Relevant certifications (PMP and/or asset management certifications such as IAM or ISO 55000)
