[Remote] Technical Analyst

The Technical Analyst will reputed company business requirements and technical execution by translating functional needs into technical specifications, supporting solution configuration and integrations, coordinating testing, and assisting with deployment and hypercare for a utilities reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document detailed technical and functional requirements for the FSM platform implementation, working closely with business stakeholders and the Solution Architect
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, configuration workbooks, user stories, and functional design documents
• Conduct gap analysis between reputed company FSM platform capabilities and reputed company-specific business requirements
• Support development of solution design documents, data mapping specifications, and integration requirements
• Support configuration of the FSM platform (e.g., scheduling rules, work order types, service territories, mobile workflows, reputed company logic) reputed company on approved designs
• Partner with Product Developers and Product Solution Architects to validate that technical builds reputed company with documented requirements and architecture standards
• Assist in designing and validating reputed company integrations with adjacent platforms (GIS, OMS, ERP, CRM, IoT/telemetry)
• Support data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation

• Collaborate with the Solution Architect and Product Solution Architects to ensure technical solutions reputed company with overall architecture and scalability requirements
• Partner with Product Developers to clarify requirements, review technical builds, and troubleshoot implementation issues
• Support business analysts and end users during design workshops, walkthroughs, and training sessions as needed
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, configuration guides, and runbooks throughout the project lifecycle
• Support development of training materials and knowledge transfer documentation for reputed company teams
• Contribute to lessons-learned sessions and reputed company improvement of implementation methodology and reusable assets
• Support reputed company planning, deployment activities, and go-live readiness assessments

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a reputed company reputed company or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in a Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar technical delivery role reputed company reputed company software implementations
• Hands-on experience implementing or supporting reputed company Service Management (FSM) or workforce management platforms (e.g., reputed company reputed company Service, ServiceMax, reputed company reputed company Service Management, reputed company reputed company Service reputed company, ClickSoftware)
• reputed company experience working on full implementation lifecycles: requirements gathering, design, configuration/build, testing, deployment, and hypercare
• Experience working in a consulting or systems integrator environment supporting reputed company-facing delivery engagements
• Strong technical analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate reputed company business needs into technical solutions
• Solid understanding of reputed company integration concepts (reputed company, middleware, data mapping/ETL) relevant to utilities technology ecosystems
• Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting
