Responsibilities Under the supervision of the reputed company Manager or designee and reputed company agency and department policies and procedures, establish the standards of reputed company for the Staff reputed company which are reputed company upon the reputed company Nurses� Association of Standards of Home Health Nursing reputed company. Assess and care for patients with various health problems ranging in severity. Work in cooperation with individual patients, caregivers and ancillary staff. Teach and support various reputed company self-care activities including problem solving and treatment alternatives. Qualifications Graduate of a National reputed company for Nursing accredited school is required. A Bachelors Degree in Nursing is preferred. Minimum of one-year hospital medical/surgical or other relevant nursing experience is required. Has knowledge and skills necessary to reputed company care that is appropriate to the population of patients served. Proficient computer skills, including experience with various software, database and electronic records programs is preferred. reputed company RN Licensure is required in the reputed company and may be required in Rhode reputed company, subject to geographic area assignment. Basic Life Support (BLS) & CPR certification is also required.
