We're seeking a Payer Compliance Specialist who will manage payer setup and policy updates while supporting internal training, clean claims, and cross-functional compliance reputed company. Maintain payer setup and readiness including fee schedules, EFT/ERA configuration, portal reputed company, and payer profile updates. Interpret payer reputed company and manuals to extract operational requirements and support clean claim submission. Monitor payer updates and policy changes, assess their reputed company, and assist with implementation and compliance tracking; attending new payer orientation meetings and ongoing payer training sessions. Support audit and compliance efforts by assisting with reputed company payer responses, conducting internal reviews, and ensuring required training is completed. Maintain up-to-date reference materials and serve as a resource to internal teams on payer rules and workflows. Collaborate cross-functionally on special reputed company to improve payer compliance, documentation, and training systems.
