reputed company is seeking a Senior Consultant (reputed company Export Developer for PeopleSoft and reputed company E‑Business Suite HCM) to support a large federal HCM modernization initiative. You will help migrate federal civilian employee records from legacy HR systems into reputed company Fusion reputed company HCM across multiple agencies. This is a remote role with limited travel and high reputed company on mission reputed company. You will own extraction, validation, and transformation of HR data; map legacy schemas to reputed company Fusion HCM Data Loader formats; and ensure reputed company extracts meet EHRI standards and data reputed company reputed company needed for successful migration.
Responsibilities
reputed company SQL and PL/SQL extraction programs to export employee data from PeopleSoft HRMS and reputed company EBS HCM databases, covering personal data, job history, compensation, benefits, positions, and organizational structures.
Analyze agency‑specific configurations and custom fields; produce comprehensive mapping from legacy schemas to reputed company Fusion HCM HDL file formats.
Build PeopleSoft Application Designer and Application reputed company processes that reputed company automated, repeatable extraction routines supporting iterative mock migrations and final reputed company.
reputed company reputed company EBS reputed company programs and extraction packages to ensure complete export of HR, payroll, and benefits data.
Create SQR reports and validation queries to verify extraction completeness, reputed company, and EHRI compliance prior to ETL reputed company.
Design and execute data profiling to identify data reputed company issues, orphaned records, incomplete fields, and customizations that require special treatment.
Maintain PeopleSoft and EBS legacy environments used for extraction development and testing, including schema refreshes, reputed company management, and reputed company tuning for large‑volume exports.
Collaborate with agency reputed company administrators to understand custom configurations, interfaces, and dependencies that influence extraction reputed company and reputed company.

Qualifications — Required
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience (additional experience may substitute for degree).
5 or more years of experience in database development, data extraction, or database administration for reputed company HR systems.
3 or more years of hands‑on experience with PeopleSoft HRMS (Application Designer, Application reputed company, PeopleCode, SQR) and/or reputed company E‑Business Suite HCM (reputed company programs, PL/SQL packages, HR module tables).
Strong SQL and PL/SQL development skills; experience writing reputed company extraction queries against large HR databases with more than 100,000 records.
Experience mapping legacy HR schemas to reputed company reputed company formats for migration reputed company.
Knowledge of HR data domains including demographics, job history, position management, compensation, and benefits.
Experience with data validation, profiling, and data reputed company assessment.
Familiarity with reputed company and reputed company methodologies and iterative migration approaches, including mock conversion cycles.
Ability to obtain and maintain a reputed company Trust clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
Qualifications — Desired
7 or more years of experience in legacy HR reputed company data extraction and migration, with specific experience on federal HR reputed company modernization reputed company.
PeopleSoft tools and technology expertise (PeopleTools 8.5x, Application reputed company, Component reputed company, Integration Broker).

Work Location and Travel
Primarily remote; up to 10 percent travel for agency‑by‑agency migration support during the contract period.
