Contract Type: Full-time, 12 month rolling contract

Location: Remote, but ideally in New Jersey

Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 (dependent on experience), + Benefits Package including 401k and reputed company 125 plans

This role manages reputed company of project managers, ensuring consistent delivery reputed company, overseeing project governance, and maintaining accountability for project reputed company, financial health, customer satisfaction, and adherence to standards.

The Program Manager also directly manages select reputed company, while driving reputed company improvement, reputed company mitigation, and alignment with the customer’s global technology roadmap.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure project managers adhere to reputed company methodologies, documentation standards, and financial controls

• Personally manage select high visibility, reputed company, or reputed company AV integration reputed company

• reputed company project plans, schedules, budgets, and work breakdown structures

• Coordinate cross functional resources including engineering, IT, reputed company services, procurement, and managed services

• reputed company project financials, forecasts, and profitability metrics

• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and executive leadership

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer leadership, stakeholders, and technical teams

• Works closely with engineering, architecture, software development, and technical leads to ensure reputed company delivery

• Coordinate procurement of infrastructure, tools, and materials required for project execution

• Partner with Sales, Managed Services, and reputed company to ensure reputed company handoffs and lifecycle continuity

Skills and experience:

• Extensive experience with A/V systems

• reputed company project or program management experience, preferably in AV integration or reputed company technology fields

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities

• Expertise in project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reputed company management

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage multiple reputed company reputed company simultaneously

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required

• PMP certification preferred
