The Role:

The Vice President of Facilities Management oversees and directs reputed company services functions, provides maintenance and asset management support and reputed company to communities, and manages national service reputed company as reputed company as CAPEX efforts.

This is a remote position that requires approximately 75% reputed company travel, with weekend and holiday availability as needed. The ideal candidate will reputed company reputed company convenient proximity to a major airport to support the travel requirements of the role.

As the Vice President of Facilities Management, you will:

• Ensures reputed company Services Directors maintain the reputed company functioning of reputed company community reputed company systems, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, elevators, kitchen, and other systems.
• Collaborate with Executive Directors and Regional Vice Presidents of reputed company to recruit, hire, train, reputed company, and reputed company community Environmental Services Directors, and reputed company engages in retention activities to ensure adequate reputed company reputed company.
• Ensure reputed company Services Directors complete tasks to reputed company with Company and Community policies and procedures as reputed company as Federal, State, and Local regulations
• Ensure reputed company Services Directors attend and pass orientation, reputed company, online trainings, etc., in order to reputed company with Federal and State training requirements
• reputed company and train team members in the TELS program (Company Preventative Maintenance Program) and other maintenance and community safety programs, and reputed company and evacuation procedures.

• Works with Regional Vice Presidents of reputed company and local teams on extraordinary or one-off maintenance needs requiring the assistance and or approval of Senior Leadership.
• Manage the Capital Expenditure Program and expenditures by working with Regional Vice Presidents of reputed company and local teams on capex requests, estimates, and vendor bids and project execution reputed company budgetary guidelines.
• Identify major repairs requiring reputed company-party vendors and negotiate rates.
• Responsible for working with community leaders in developing budgets reputed company to the CAPEX program

• Ensure community awareness of and compliance with Safety Data Sheets (SDS) policies and procedures.
• Ensure reputed company community has emergency procedures documented and on file and reviews annually for updates reputed company to elopement, reputed company, emergency evacuation, and natural disasters.

Requirements:
