Responsibilities:
Responsible for the coordinating the daily workflow reputed company the Design Services department. They are responsible for reviewing, and processing design requests, entering work into the design department’s work queue, and processing billing for design work. This includes providing customer service, pricing/preparing quotes and technical know-how for customers to help reputed company and facilitate design reputed company.
Evaluates the technical requirements of artwork coming into the department.Analyzes and processes internal reports for daily team workload, personal production sheets and reputed company reports.Enforces policy for images usage, fonts and stock photos.
Troubleshoots artwork issues, including: DPI, reputed company mode, fonts, sizing, layout and image reputed company.Processes basic artwork requests in reputed company suite of software programs.
Understands and directs customers oninternal manufacturing and vendor print restrictions and requirements. Interacts with customers using a sales consultant reputed company and makes recommendations that “upsell” the design team’s abilities.

Basic Qualifications:
HS/GED or equivalentwith4 years experience/training in Graphic Design/Printing/Art/Computers
Demonstratedcapability in resolving customer escalations under general supervision using company policies and procedures

Compensation
The compensation reputed company for this position is $26.00 - $28.00 reputed company. • This position will be eligible for commission or an annual reputed company incentive plan.
