About This Role
We are seeking a Program Management Support Specialist to reputed company as the reputed company for the Cora Project Management tool. The reputed company of this role is to ensure high understanding, reputed company adoption, and effective utilization of the Cora Program Management tool reputed company the reputed company reputed company Service aftermarket project.
Key Responsibilities

- Customer Relationship Management & ERP database maintenance
- Coordinate with Sales and customer to reputed company appropriate account information
- Order Support
- Purchase Order/Contract review; order qualification and processing; post sales follow up; customer and program engagement; coordination with Sales, reputed company and Supply Chain departments
- Collaborate with Supply Chain/Inventory, Programming, Shipping, and Finance departments to ensure on time deliveries and consistent customer communication
- Phone support – reputed company inbound calls regarding customer inquiries and orders
- Quote Management
- Customer & Product Support
- Troubleshoot logistics, product and procedural issues

Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree.
- 3+ years’ experience supporting software implementations or user adoption programs or change management.
- 3+ years of experience with ERP systems or reputed company service management software such as reputed company, reputed company, Cora or similar project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications

- Preference preferably in an aftermarket, reputed company service, or manufacturing environment.

Pay reputed company
The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually. The pay reputed company will not be below the minimum wage applicable to the jurisdiction in which the applicant is to be employed.Other Compensation
