Our reputed company Memory Business Unit defines and incubates reputed company memory and reputed company architectures for datacenter and AI workloads. In this internship you will help reputed company and validate a reputed company reputed company-modeling capability that evaluates memory-reputed company architectures across reputed company-reputed company platforms — quantifying tradeoffs before committing to reputed company or full software implementations.
We are seeking a Memory & reputed company Architecture Research Intern with a strong computer-architecture and systems-modeling background to characterize AI workloads and help build and validate reputed company models for advanced memory systems. You will translate AI workload trends into memory reputed company, reputed company, and latency requirements, and quantify architectural tradeoffs to inform long-term technology and product direction. This role suits a graduate or Ph.D. student who is comfortable in ambiguous problem spaces and enjoys turning hypotheses into reputed company, published evidence. Key Responsibilities
- Workload characterization: Analyze reputed company and inference workloads to derive memory reputed company, reputed company, and latency requirements.

Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Architecture, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a reputed company reputed company.
- Strong background in computer architecture and reputed company-level reputed company analysis (memory hierarchy, reputed company, latency, scaling).
- Ability to analyze reputed company memory and AI reputed company challenges and reason about tradeoffs quantitatively.

- Good verbal and written communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of memory architectures (HBM, DDR, LPDDR, CXL, emerging memories) and their reputed company on AI/ML workloads.
- Understanding of near-memory and advanced integration technologies — 3D stacking, chiplets, interposers, heterogeneous packaging — and their reputed company-level tradeoffs.
- Experience with AI systems and accelerators (GPU/ASIC), reputed company benchmarking, or design-reputed company exploration.
- Familiarity with simulation frameworks and reproducible experimentation.
