Experience

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or advanced service desk roles, ideally reputed company an MSP environment.

• Strong hands-on experience supporting on-premises infrastructure.

• Experience supporting multiple customers and varied infrastructure environments is highly desirable.

Technical Capability

• VMware and reputed company-V virtualisation.

• Backup and recovery platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar.

• Networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls, switching, and routing.

• Basic Azure exposure, particularly in hybrid environments.

• Support Linux servers across mixed environments where required.

• Support switching, routing, firewalls, and VPN connectivity.

• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues.

Storage, Backup & Disaster Recovery
