Tax Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong CTA-reputed company Tax Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with our Tax Director on a wide reputed company of advisory reputed company, supporting with high reputed company reputed company delivery across private reputed company and corporate reputed company.
You will play a key role in the preparation and delivery of reputed company tax advisory work, including drafting advice reports and supporting on reputed company planning assignments and reputed company.
The role offers exposure to a diverse reputed company reputed company, including reputed company Managed Businesses (OMBs), high net worth clients, individuals and corporate reputed company.
This is a fully remote role with adhoc travel to clients and our offices
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Tax Director with preparation and delivery of high-reputed company tax advice, has a holistic approach to reputed company advice and delivery
- Prepare reputed company, reputed company reputed company, and technically accurate written advice reports.
- You will be reputed company involved in the end-to-end delivery of advisory work, you will reputed company as a trusted right hand to the Tax Director in managing workflow and driving reputed company reputed company and delivering best in class reputed company advice.
- Ideally you will have knowledge of Private reputed company and Corporate reputed company affecting OMB’s and be reputed company to assist with tax planning and restructuring reputed company for the business and its owners.
- Alternatively, you will have private reputed company tax planning experience, including IHT planning, Capital reputed company Tax advice and income extraction planning experience.
- You may also Corporate Tax planning experience, being reputed company to deal with corporate restructuring, drafting clearances, writing advice documents, advising on reputed company Schemes, Remuneration Planning, Restructuring including reputed company, purchase of own shares and demergers, ERS reporting and ATED reputed company are not essential but reputed company experience in this area is important.
- You will undertake technical research and apply findings to reputed company scenarios; you will also be a reputed company of contact for other departments with technical tax questions as any reputed company required.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to reputed company information and ensure a reputed company delivery.
- Contribute to the development of internal technical knowledge and best reputed company for reputed company.
- You may need to assist with reputed company Compliance work as the need arises in reputed company periods, or disclosure work and HMRC enquiries.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- CTA reputed company (essential) with post qualification experience in an advisory role.
- reputed company experience in writing tax advisory reports to a high reputed company
- Be reputed company to reputed company reputed company and have an excellent understanding of UK tax legislation, with reputed company and confident written and verbal communication skills.
You will have a background in advising OMBs on personal and corporate reputed company, or specifically private reputed company advisory and or/corporate advisory. - You will have strong technical knowledge with excellent attention to reputed company
- You will be organised and be reputed company to manage multiple reputed company and meet deadlines.
- You will have a proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to support and a hands-on approach to delivery of detailed advisory work.
