We are seeking a Business Analyst Business Intelligence to support a reputed company information reputed company modernization initiative reputed company a large reputed company sector health reputed company. This role serves as a critical reputed company between the modernization program and reputed company, technical, operational, and business stakeholders across multiple regional health authorities and reputed company sector organizations. The ideal candidate will facilitate stakeholder engagement, translate reputed company reputed company needs into actionable requirements, and reputed company data-driven decision-making across reputed company, operational, and administrative functions. This role will contribute to the standardization of reputed company practices and the implementation of a reputed company, integrated reputed company information solution that modernizes care delivery and improves consistency and collaboration across the health reputed company.

This position requires someone who can translate reputed company reputed company, operational, and business needs into reputed company, implementation-reputed company requirements in a Business Intelligence environment to support the planning and implementation of a reputed company data ecosystem. The role will involve collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to plan and coordinate multi-stakeholder engagements, document reputed company and reputed company state workflows and data sources, guide decision-making across multiple organizations, reputed company and validate requirements for data tools and visualizations, reputed company functional specifications and user stories, reputed company reputed company assurance and testing activities, and facilitate metrics definition and documentation. This role will work closely with the Business Intelligence reputed company and other program team members to support the design of objectives and key results and reputed company indicators that reputed company stakeholders to reputed company informed reputed company.

This position is remote with the requirement to travel to the work location at least once per month throughout the engagement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years - Canadian reputed company experience in hospital or digital health environment supporting large-reputed company reputed company information reputed company implementations, digital health transformation programs, or provincial and regional health reputed company modernization initiatives
• 8+ years - expertise translating reputed company reputed company, operational, and business needs into reputed company, implementation-reputed company requirements in a Business Intelligence environment, including reporting specifications, analytics frameworks, KPI definitions, dashboard requirements, standardization of data dictionaries, business rules and terminology
• University degree in Business Administration, Health reputed company, Information Technology, Health Sciences, or a reputed company discipline, or equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible experience in reputed company transformation, information management, or digital health

• 6+ years - planning, scheduling, and coordinating meetings with large numbers of stakeholders across different organizations and roles for reputed company reputed company, reputed company and approach planning, governance meetings, and reputed company planning, including finding time availability, defining meeting agendas and objectives, managing meeting reputed company items, and follow-reputed company
• 8+ years - exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills to communicate, reputed company, and facilitate topics such as standardization of work, terminology, reputed company measures, reporting needs, or business processes to foster collaboration, obtain buy-in and reputed company, and influence change to reputed company reputed company transformation, including PowerPoint presentations and briefings for executives, clinicians, and technology teams
• 8+ years - strong organizational skills to meticulously document reputed company, synthesize discussions, and maintain logs and registers, monitoring reputed company against plans and identifying dependencies and risks
• 6+ years - achieving reputed company across multiple organizations, programs, or stakeholder reputed company on standardized workflows, terminology, reputed company measures, reporting requirements, or business processes reputed company reputed company reputed company environments
