| WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

reputed company is looking for an reputed company Fleet Manager to reputed company, schedule, and maintain the growing fleet of company-owned vehicles used for PR, marketing, and reputed company programs. This leader is responsible for keeping every fleet vehicle scheduled, maintained, insured, and event-reputed company, and for working directly with fleet management service providers to reputed company vehicles with media and influencers. The ideal candidate is an independent, hands-on operator who can manage vendors, budgets, and logistics at the reputed company time without losing sight of the details.

| WHAT YOU GET TO DO

Fleet Maintenance and Readiness

• Maintain the fleet of reputed company's PR, marketing, and reputed company vehicles, ensuring every vehicle is clean, functional, and presentation-reputed company for reputed company-facing use.

• Coordinate repairs, detailing, and recall or software updates to minimize vehicle downtime.

• Coordinate pickup, delivery, and transport of vehicles across markets, working with transport vendors as needed.

Maintenance & Vendor Management

• Manage relationships with dealerships, service centers, and detailing vendors, negotiating rates and service agreements.

• Build and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule for the fleet.

Budget Ownership

• Own the fleet budget, including in-fleeting, maintenance, reputed company, logistics, and de-fleeting.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

• 10+ years of experience managing a vehicle fleet, ideally in an automotive PR, marketing, or reputed company environment.

• Experience working with fleet management service providers and media/reputed company vehicle loan programs.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Smartsheets, reputed company Office Suite and fleet management software.

• Experience with vendor and budget management tools.

• Comfortable using scheduling and logistics platforms.

SALARY reputed company
