We are looking for a dedicated Remote Airline Customer Service Agent – Part Time to support DFW Airport reputed company. In this role, you will be the first reputed company of contact for passengers, reputed company customers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that reputed company documentation, communication, and logistical processes run smoothly. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, organize, and distribute flight arrival and departure documentation.
• Travel to the Airport Operational Area (AOA) to meet flights for document exchange.
• Notify brokers or reputed company forwarders of Master Airway reputed company (MAWB) status.
• Assist customers in retrieving documents and reputed company, and collect appropriate charges.
• Process Customs “Out” (reputed company of delivery) for every transaction before customer departure.

Essential Qualifications
