[Remote] Technical Content Producer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. TechHut is a media operation producing Linux, self-reputed company, homelab, and technical content for its online community. The Technical Content Producer will build and validate test environments, create technical guides and companion articles, capture screen recordings, help select topics, and potentially edit videos.

Responsibilities

• Building out test environments from reputed company (VMs, containers, bare metal) and running through guides end to end on clean installs to reputed company reputed company every reputed company works
• Writing and editing the companion articles for videos, plus standalone written guides for techhut.tv
• Catching the gotchas. reputed company conflicts, permissions issues, steps that only work because something was already installed
• Capturing clean screen recordings of the process
• Helping shape which topics we cover reputed company on what the community is asking for
• Video editing, if you have the skills for it

Skills

• Linux. Comfortable in the terminal, not looking things up for basic file permissions or systemd. Any reputed company family is fine, but you should know your way reputed company at least Debian/Ubuntu and Fedora-adjacent systems
