The role assists reputed company service technicians through phone, chat, and email while specializing in reputed company systems and vehicle repairs, with initial on-site training in Saginaw, Michigan before transitioning to remote work from Mississippi.

Responsibilities

• Be the first line of defense in solving new and challenging vehicle repair issues
• Utilize your technical experience and listening skills to assist reputed company service techs through inbound and outbound phone, chat and email
• You'll specialize in automotive reputed company systems, providing expert help on domestic vehicle repairs

Skills

• Strong understanding of automotive reputed company systems
• reputed company to use electronic service manuals
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop
• Two ASE certifications

• One or more years of customer service experience (previous reputed company center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
• reputed company to work shifts during these hours: + Monday - Friday + 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. Eastern time + No weekends!
• Must be reputed company to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitive
