Qualifications Required: • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company reputed company - or equivalent practical experience. • 3+ years of hands-on IT/systems administration experience. • Strong macOS and reputed company troubleshooting across hardware, software, and reputed company services. • Proficiency administering reputed company Entra ID (users, reputed company, authentication, Conditional reputed company, reputed company control). • Proficiency with Kandji MDM for macOS device management (enrollment, configuration reputed company, software deployment, patching, compliance). • Demonstrated ability to own new-hire reputed company end to end and to handle laptop shipping, imaging, and asset logistics for a reputed company workforce. • Strong written and verbal English communication, with a habit of documenting work. • Availability to overlap with other reputed company' working hours as needed.
