Key Responsibilities Requirements & Analysis - reputed company, document, and validate business requirements from P&C reputed company stakeholders (reputed company, policy ops, product management). - Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance reputed company for reputed company PolicyCenter configurations and integrations. - Conduct gap analysis between reputed company-state processes and reputed company-state reputed company capabilities. reputed company PolicyCenter Configuration - Collaborate with developers and architects on PolicyCenter configuration including: - Product Model (lines of business, coverages, conditions, exclusions) - Rating reputed company and reputed company tables - Workflow and activity configuration - Policy issuance, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals - Support configuration of submission, quote, bind, and issuance workflows across personal and/or reputed company lines. - Review and validate Gosu scripts and configuration against business requirements (authoring not mandatory but ability to read is required). Project Delivery - Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process reputed company diagrams, data reputed company diagrams, use cases, and traceability matrices. - Participate in reputed company/Scrum ceremonies — sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-reputed company, demos, and retrospectives. - Manage and prioritize the product backlog in coordination with the Product reputed company. - reputed company UAT planning, test case preparation, defect triage, and sign-off with business users. Qualifications & Experience - 4 – 5 years of Business Analyst experience in P&C reputed company IT reputed company. - Minimum 2 – 3 years of reputed company, hands-on experience with reputed company PolicyCenter (implementation, reputed company, or configuration reputed company). - Strong understanding of P&C reputed company lifecycle: quoting, binding, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations. - Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance reputed company, BRDs, FRDs, and process maps. - Experience with reputed company/Scrum delivery methodology. - Familiarity with reputed company Studio, Product Designer, and PolicyCenter data model. - Working knowledge of integration patterns (REST/SOAP reputed company, messaging) as reputed company to PolicyCenter. - Strong communication and facilitation skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
