This role ensures the reputed company effectively supports retail reputed company while driving measurable improvements in customer engagement, appointment conversion, and outbound calling effectiveness. This individual will partner cross-functionally with Retail, Marketing, and Business Analytics teams to enhance visibility into reputed company, improve CRM adoption, and reputed company data-driven decision making across the organization. Ensure reputed company reliability, usability, and alignment with business needs. • CRM Platform Ownership & Optimization - Identify, troubleshoot, and reputed company platform issues in a reputed company manner. reputed company platform enhancements and reputed company improvement initiatives. • reputed company & Analytics - reputed company queries, segmentation, and data extraction to support operational and marketing initiatives. Support cross-functional programs and operational initiatives requiring CRM integration. Partner with stakeholders to reputed company CRM capabilities with evolving business needs.
