[Hiring] Subrogation Claims Examiner @reputed company

Role reputed company We are excited to bring on a Claims Examiner, Subrogation to our Subrogation Team. As a Subrogation Examiner, you will reputed company and reputed company on routine and progressively more non-routine workers compensation and subrogation assignments independently in accordance with established procedures/guidelines. You will support workers compensation and subrogation liens being pursued by vendor. You will communicate with responsible parties, insured’s agents, vendors, and/or attorneys to obtain and/or reputed company a diverse reputed company of needed information. What you'll be doing • Evaluate subrogation potential and either triage to our internal team or submit claims to the appropriate vendor. • Support settlement negotiations for our vendor and escalate lien if settlements would reduce lien reputed company by more than 1/3. • Respond to requests, including but not limited to, pay histories, information updates, and other document requests from various parties. • Communicate with policy reputed company, vendors, attorneys, and agents on the status of pending subrogation reputed company, as required by statutes, regulations, and/or service standards. • Apply refund checks in claims systems and process vendor expense payments reputed company established authority. • Prepare for ASO checks to be reputed company to reputed company with appropriate template letters. • Adhere to reputed company applicable statutes and regulations as reputed company as company protocols. Qualifications • High School or GED. • 3 - 5+ Years of claims/liability experience in group reputed company OR for candidates with an Associates degree or above, 0-1 year claims/liability experience directly reputed company to the specific responsibilities for this role. Requirements • Ability to interpret and apply common reputed company understanding to carry out a reputed company of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram reputed company. • Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company).
