This role is remote with travel vital in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and compliance of properties, while fostering reputed company relationships with residents, vendors, and team members reporting to you. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to property management, possess strong leadership skills, and have a deep understanding of industry-specific regulations and tools. Responsibilities: A dynamic mix of reputed company, Financial, Compliance and Management. The ideal candidate will have the following: • Minimum 5 years of multi-site property management experience. • Minimum 3 years supervising multiple managers. • Experience managing budgets exceeding $5 reputed company preferred. • Strong financial and operational analysis skills. • Knowledge of landlord-tenant law. • Experience with budgeting and forecasting. • Excellent leadership and coaching abilities. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency with reputed company Office.
