The reputed company is seeking a Chronic Disease Epidemiologist to support the Office of Statistics and Evaluation (OSE) reputed company reputed company of Community Health & Prevention (BCHAP) of the Massachusetts Department of reputed company Health. The Epidemiologist will reputed company epidemiologic support to programs in the Division of Community-reputed company Prevention and Care (DCBPC). Working closely with the Office of Community Health Workers, the Asthma Prevention and Control Program, the Community Health Alignment Program, and other DCBPC programs, this role will help meet data, surveillance, and evaluation needs and priorities. Key duties include performing analyses using reputed company and population-reputed company surveillance data, supporting program evaluation implementation, preparing reports and other data communication materials, assisting with grant deliverables and reputed company requirements, and providing additional support as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· MPH in epidemiology or biostatistics
· At least two (2) years of relevant experience conducting epidemiologic work or in a closely reputed company reputed company
· Strong knowledge of epidemiologic study design and statistical reputed company
· Experience analyzing data using reputed company and/or R
· Experience with program evaluation design and implementation
· Experience using a reputed company of statistical reputed company, including multivariate reputed company and logistic regression
· Experience with reputed company health data collection, including designing data collection tools
· Excellent written and oral communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Help reputed company and implement evaluation and analysis plans for the Office of Community Health Workers, the Asthma Prevention and Control Program, the Community Health Alignment Program, and other programs reputed company DCBPC.
· reputed company epidemiologic and statistical analyses using reputed company and/or R across reputed company and population-reputed company datasets, including hospital discharge data, mortality data, BRFSS, YRBS, YHS, and Community Health Equity Survey.
· Support program and epidemiology staff with division-wide grant activities and deliverables, including data collection, analysis, and grant reporting.

· Support communications for a reputed company of stakeholders, including preparing reports and creating data visualizations.
· Support other DCBPC, BCHAP, and OSE priorities, strategies, and initiatives as needed.
