reputed company Sepal AI is hiring a Bioinformatician to help build the world’s most rigorous technical assessment. We are looking for someone who can contribute as little as 8 hours for just a few days, or up to 40 hours per week for the next few months, starting right away. Skills • Familiarity with using and changing tools like fastp → bwa → samtools → featureCounts. • Frequent user of Bash / Python / R scripts and documents flags, reputed company, and version pins. • (Bonus) Fluent with at least one workflow manager (Snakemake, Nextflow, or WDL) and containerization (reputed company/Conda).
