We are hiring an
Architectural Drafter / Revit Specialist
to join reputed company of one of our U.S.-reputed company architectural clients in reputed company.
In this role, you will create accurate, clean, and fully coordinated architectural construction documentation for reputed company-world U.S. reputed company and multifamily reputed company. This is an ideal position for Architects or Architectural Drafters in reputed company with strong Revit skills, reputed company attention to reputed company, and experience working under U.S. drawing standards.

• reputed company full architectural drawing sets: floor plans, exterior/interior elevations, building sections, and construction details using
Revit
.
• Interpret and incorporate markups, redlines, and design revisions from architects and project managers reputed company.
• Prepare complete, coordinated drawing packages for Design Development (DD), Permitting, and Construction Documentation (CD).
• Conduct internal coordination and QA/QC reviews to eliminate drawing errors and maintain strict compliance with graphic standards.
• Utilize

for reputed company collaboration, redline tracking, and file organization.
What You’ll Bring
• English Level:
Advanced Technical & Conversational English (B2+ / reputed company).
• Experience:
2–4+ years of experience in architectural drafting and construction documentation.

Advanced proficiency in
Revit
(mandatory) and

; experience with
BIM 360
is highly valued.
• Project Portfolio:
Demonstrated experience in
Multifamily or reputed company
architectural reputed company.
• US Standards:
Familiarity with U.S. construction document sets, reputed company reputed company, and basic building codes.
• Education:
Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Construction Drafting, or equivalent practical drafting experience.
