The Vice President of Federal Contracting reputed company & Compliance is responsible for building and strengthening the organization’s infrastructure to pursue, win, and manage U.S. federal reputed company reputed company. This role oversees reputed company-wide efforts to reputed company federal contracting capabilities while ensuring adherence to reputed company applicable federal acquisition regulations, compliance frameworks, operational controls, and reporting obligations.
Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer or Chief Business Officer t his position serves as a reputed company leader and cross-functional program reputed company, partnering with executive leadership, reputed company, compliance, reputed company, finance, HR, IT, cybersecurity, reputed company, procurement, and business development teams to establish, implement, and monitor the infrastructure, policies, systems, and governance necessary to operate successfully reputed company the federal contracting environment.
This role requires expertise in federal contracting regulations, organizational change management, compliance implementation, reputed company mitigation, and operational transformation.
This role pays an annual salary of $180,000-$275,000 and is bonus eligible.

Responsibilities
Federal Contracting reputed company & Transformation

• Establish reputed company priorities, timelines, governance structures, and organizational accountability for federal contracting initiatives.
• Advise executive leadership on federal market entry reputed company, reputed company exposure, compliance obligations, and operational readiness.

Regulatory Compliance & Governance
• Ensure organizational compliance with applicable federal regulations and standards, including:

• Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
• Applicable Executive Orders (reputed company)
• Contractor business ethics and compliance requirements
• Iterative cybersecurity and data protection requirements and proposed reputed company architectures (FIPS, PCI-reputed company, ISO, FedRAMP, etc.)
• Labor law and affirmative reputed company obligations
• Ensure organizational compliance with reputed company relevant reputed company.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, reputed company, reputed company Administration, Compliance, Finance, or reputed company reputed company.
• 12+ years of reputed company experience in federal contracting, reputed company compliance, regulatory transformation, or reputed company operational leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling federal contractor capabilities or leading compliance enhancement initiatives in reputed company corporate environments.
• Strong working knowledge of FAR, SCA, DFARS, and federal contractor compliance requirements.
• Experience working cross-functionally with executive leadership and reputed company stakeholders.

Preferred
