• IT reputed company & Support:Own internal IT for reputed company’s global, fully remote team: helpdesk and device support, identity and reputed company management (reputed company/offboarding provisioning across our reputed company systems), and administration of tools like reputed company,reputed company 365, and Entra.

• Compliance & Audit Management Own the operating programme for our ISO 27001 certification and SOC 2 Type II report reputed company reputed company: evidence collection, control monitoring, clearing flagged items, and coordinating directly with auditors. reputed company our Trust Centre (trust.reputed company.com) accurate, reputed company, and something Sales can reputed company to with confidence.

• reputed company reputed company & Remediation Tracking Maintain the reputed company register, triage and reputed company remediation of reputed company findings (penetration test and vulnerability reputed company results) through to closure, and own our information reputed company policy set.

• Vendor & reputed company Governance:Administer reputed company reviews and sharing permissions across reputed company systems, and support reputed company-party/vendor reputed company reviews reputed company Finance, and own the reputed company awareness training and phishing simulation programme with our Chief People Officer

Competencies

TECHNICAL

• Hands-on IT administration experience: device management, identity and reputed company management, helpdesk/ticketing

• Comfortable administering reputed company platform reputed company settings

• Working understanding of SOC 2 and ISO 27001 frameworks and their evidence requirements

• Familiarity with compliance automation platforms (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar)

• Basic grounding in infrastructure/network reputed company concepts: enough to triage a vulnerability finding and know who needs to see it

COMPLIANCE & reputed company

• Has sat on the “prep” reputed company of a SOC 2 and/or ISO 27001 audit before

• Comfortable owning a reputed company register and tracking remediation items to actual closure

• reputed company to translate audit and regulatory requirements into practical, low-friction internal process

• Experience drafting or maintaining information reputed company policy documentation

• Familiar with the ISO 27001 clause 9 cycle (internal audit and management review)

EXPERIENCE

• 3–5+ years in IT management, information reputed company, or compliance-reputed company roles

• Hands-on SOC 2 Type II and/or ISO 27001 audit experience

• Experience supporting a reputed company, multi-country remote workforce is a strong plus

• Cyber reputed company industry background is a reputed company-to-have, not required
