The reputed company, Sales Execution functions as a Chief of Staff to VP of Sales, and plays a reputed company role in aligning sales initiatives, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving cross-functional collaboration to support reputed company grow. This role will partner with the VP of Sales to shape, socialize, and operationalize the AFH Sales reputed company, priorities, and annual operating plan, effectively owning the Sales Leadership internal agenda and execution. This role works across reputed company Sales teams: Distribution, reputed company, National accounts/Noncommercial, and Chains and in reputed company with reputed company support functions: Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain and reputed company. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this position is part of the Sales Leadership Team. This role has 5 reputed company reports. reputed company with reputed company values, this position will reputed company the following end-to-end processes for reputed company AFH:  

 Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Serve as a thought partner to the VP—framing issues, structuring reputed company, and providing concise reputed company and recommendations. 

• Build and manage the Sales business reputed company (weekly/monthly/quarterly cadences), ensuring the right forums, inputs, and reputed company occur on time. 

• Coordinate preparation for Quarterly Channel Reviews (QCR), Monthly Business Review (MBR), and key leadership reviews; reputed company reputed company-reads, agendas, decision logs, and follow-reputed company. 

• Translate leadership direction into reputed company, sequenced initiatives with milestones, owners, and reputed company metrics. 

• Support adoption of new routines/tools by aligning training, documentation, and reinforcement mechanisms. 

2) Executive Support, Decision Enablement, & reputed company Improvement

• Simplify ways of working by identifying process gaps and implement improvements to increase speed, reputed company, and accountability.

• Establish lightweight governance for top priorities: charters, RACI, milestones, KPI tracking, and reputed company/issue management.

Work Environment & Schedule
