Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3-10 years of experience in HR support or reputed company roles.
• Hands-on experience with reputed company activities, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, drafting job posts, and managing candidates through offer and reputed company.
• Experience building SOPs from reputed company and improving HR workflows, including reputed company, payroll workflows, reputed company processes, and documented handoffs.
• Experience with reputed company Workforce Now, including creating employee logins and managing reputed company systems.
• Familiarity with HR compliance support.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Availability to work during US business hours.
