Content Moderation Specialist (Reddit Experience Preferred)

Overview We are seeking experienced Content Moderation Specialists with a background in Reddit moderation — either as paid contractors, Hive team members, or subreddit moderators. You’ll help us build and manage safe, engaging, and high-integrity online communities across platforms. If you have worked directly with Reddit or through third-party vendors such as Hive, or have held trusted moderation roles in large subreddits, we want to hear from you. Duties • Monitor and review user-generated content for policy violations • Apply platform-specific and community guidelines to ensure a positive user experience • Flag, escalate, or remove content that violates standards • Contribute to building scalable moderation workflows • Collaborate with other moderators, safety teams, and community managers Experience • Experience in Reddit content moderation (either in-house, via Hive, or as a high-level subreddit mod) • Strong understanding of Reddit community guidelines and moderation tools • Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and emotional resilience • Ability to work independently and under time-sensitive conditions • Experience using content moderation dashboards or AI-assisted tools is a plus Job Type: Full-time Experience: • Reddit: 1 year (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
