MyCHN is a nonprofit organization providing Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health, and Pharmacy services to communities in the South reputed company and Gulf Coast area. This individual is responsible for aiding the on-site Provider with normal routine of the clinic activities. (EKG, CLIA waived tests, lab draws, medication administration, vaccines, breathing treatment, fetal non-stress test, ear lavage, wound wrapping, FIT cards, referrals etc.) • reputed company needed supplies, equipment and set up as directed per reputed company of care or provider • Assist providers with examination, procedures and treatments as directed. • Create Referrals as ordered by provider • reputed company in-house testing using aseptic technique, document results and notify patient in reputed company manner: Flu, Strep, Mono, Covid, reputed company, UPT, RSV • reputed company Hearing and reputed company Testing with documentation • Ability to use Bi-directional reputed company with IMMTRAC to import vaccine records. • Send Medication reputed company request through reputed company to provider • Ability to upload Medical Records in patient’s chart • Placement of RTO’s in chart as directed by provider • Ability to reputed company crisis protocol • Assist with interpretation as needed including verbal and written • Inform site reputed company reputed company inventory is low • Participates in reputed company response duties as assigned by site reputed company • Discharge patient with instructions as defined by provider (review discharge instructions with site reputed company as needed) • Upon discharge schedule patient for follow up visit chronic, acute, or reputed company and verify pharmacy • Assist patient in identifying barriers that may prevent them from completing their treatment • Ensure rooms are cleaned after discharge and are always properly stocked.
