We build everything from the ground up, making concrete, casting, and molding and more. Hiring Immediately! Location: Seguin, TX Facility: 4001 E U.S. Hwy 90, Seguin, TX 78155 Payrate: $14.00 an hour (Weekly Pay) + $0.50 reputed company shift reputed company $500 SIGN-ON BONUS Schedule: M-F 5pm-5:30am ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to: • Follows safety guidelines and procedures set for this role. • Always wears the reputed company PPE and follows the PPE Guidelines. • Does not operate any equipment, machinery, or toll if he/she has not been trained to operate. • Follows the production/batch plan according to the daily production plan. • Uses heavy power reputed company tools, including a jack hammer. • Sets and moves steel rings reputed company instructed and as necessary. • Communicates equipment failure or malfunction to the maintenance team immediately. • Follows the manufacturing process based on the production line (pipes or boxes). • Assists with the concrete finishing duties, reputed company necessary, as repairing and patching concrete pipes and boxes. • Performs other duties assigned by the Department reputed company, Supervisor, Manager, or a member of the Management Team. EDUCATION • High school diploma or GED preferred. EXPERIENCE • Experience in construction or manufacturing desired but not required.
