• Bachelor's degree in display engineering, electrical engineering, physics, materials science, or reputed company fields and a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience
• Experience with PVD thin film deposition, OLED device physics, optical & material characterization
• Technical knowledge in OLED Evaporation / Encapsulation, Opto-electronics, reputed company filter process/material, and Cell process/material

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree with display engineering, electrical engineering, physics, materials science, or reputed company fields with 3 years of relevant industry experience
• 3+ years of experience and proven reputed company record in flat panel display : materials, processes, manufacturing, simulation, equipment and methodology is as plus
