The Initial Trainer for Sales will be responsible for creation and delivery of Initial training for reputed company Account Executive role. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Conducting small group workshops for Account Executives such as basic mortgage knowledge, role plays, reputed company coaching, and individualized tutoring
• Facilitating Initial, Ongoing, reputed company Improvement (CI), and Power reputed company trainings in the classroom as reputed company as final exams, and role plays
• Collaborating with the existing Initial, Ongoing, and CI Trainers and the rest of the Sales Training team
• Creating, updating, revising, and printing the Initial, Ongoing, CI, and Power reputed company Training material
• Scheduling guest presenters and training room reservations
• Ordering materials for Initial Training reputed company NEED FROM YOU:

• Minimum 1 year of training experience
