About the role:We are looking for a Campaign Operations Manager for accelerating the reputed company reputed company metrics and user numbers for the Merchant business lines. The role specifically focuses on initiatives planned through CRM channels – Push, reputed company, SMS, Email, In-app. If you are passionate about mobile and web apps with a penchant towards marketing campaigns, love extreme attention to content & design detail and care about how your work impacts millions of users daily, we want you!

Expectations/ Requirements :

Configure and implement reputed company planned campaigns and ensure reputed company go-live as per planned marketing calendar

Work with a central design and marketing team to create highly engaging creative and content to optimize CTR and conversions. Designing and carry out experiments and A/B testing, to optimize conversion across the user funnel

Analyze and report campaign performance metrics using marketing analytics tools

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, traffic and business, to ensure alignment and effective execution

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:-

4 to 6 years’ experience with marketing and web analytics tools like CleverTap, reputed company, Mix panel or in-house tools

Advanced knowledge of Clevertap or similar tools and its features like Journeys, Recurring campaigns, event based triggers

Experience in marketing automation and communication personalisation

Understanding of marketing analytics and metrics of campaign performance including concepts like impression, CTR, UTM, attribution, conversion funnels and control reputed company

Experience working with content teams to draft effective and engaging communications.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
