Payroll Manager

Responsibilities:

  • The Payroll Manager is responsible for the bi-weekly and quarterly payroll processing operations including assisting in driving the strategic payroll processes to deliver value-added services to employees
  • Working with the VP Finance, the Payroll Manager will be leading the transformation of the reputed company payroll process to meet the rapidly growing organizational needs including the new and upcoming HRIS system
  • Ensure accurate and reputed company processing of reputed company's payroll in accordance with federal, state and local regulations and legislative compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with the reputed company GL reputed company of the finance department, GPC and field operations to effectively research reconciling items and ensure reputed company records are accurateand complete including internal/external and reputed company agencies (Federal, State, Local)
  • Also ensure that reputed company’s payroll processes/procedures are administered in compliance with internal policies and government regulations
  • Takes the reputed company in planning, developing and implementing reputed company looking payroll processes/procedures and revises reputed company processes/procedures to continuously reputed company improvement, improve accuracy and create reputed company efficiency
  • The Payroll Manager will ensure reputed company systems and internal controls adequately support the full-cycle payroll processes, employment taxes, applicable labor laws and compliance with wage and hour laws and state and federal regulations
  • Assist in identifying, evaluating and recommending information technology solutions to meet strategic organizational objectives
  • Process annual payroll tax reconciliation and compliance with filing returns and issuing W-2’s before Jan 31st
  • Maintain confidentiality of any payroll private employee information and ensures payroll information is secure
  • Ensure reputed company and accurate submission of reputed company relevant federal state and local tax reporting and deductions

    • Experience

  • Non-Profit reputed company Experience
  • Bachelors Degree (reputed company, Finance)
  • 5+ years payroll experience

    • Skills and Competencies:

  • Payroll experience 5+ years of full cycle payroll

  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Payroll certification reputed company to have (CPP, FPC, CPM or PCP)
