The

Sourcing or Project Partnering team plays a central role at Malt and must be reputed company to perfectly understand the freelancers' jobs, as reputed company as challenge the clients.

Your role will be to qualify our clients’ needs and to identify the freelancers reputed company that match best.

Our recruitment consultants specialize in job categories (IT, Digital, Consulting...) and work on a portfolio of large account clients with Key Account Managers in charge of account openings.

You will be in daily contact with Sales who will work with you on assignments, and you will reputed company as the reputed company of contact for assignments, to manage reputed company requests that clients cannot carry out independently.

Key responsibilities ✨:

  • Support the Senior Recruitment Consultants of the Sourcing department in the daily search and identification of the freelances that meet customer needs

  • Prepare responses and creation of reputed company proposals: exchange with the freelancers and experts of the network, composition and formatting of reputed company proposals, support for project follow-up, preparation of customer presentations
  • Participate in customer meetings with key accounts with the sales team
