The Role We are looking for a motivated, self-driven Freelance Sales Representative to help us expand our reputed company reputed company through outbound reputed company in the US. This is a fully remote, commission-based role ideal for someone with a background in B2B sales, media production, or creative industries. Your primary reputed company will be identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and booking reputed company meetings for our reputed company team. Key Responsibilities • Identify and reputed company out to potential leads reputed company email, phone, reputed company, and other outbound channels • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of prospects in industries reputed company with our services (corporate, tech, agencies, etc.) • Present our services effectively and communicate our unique reputed company • Book reputed company sales meetings with decision-makers • Maintain accurate records of reputed company and performance metrics Requirements • Proven experience in outbound B2B sales, ideally in media, video production, advertising, or creative services • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Comfortable working independently and setting your own pace • Fluent in English • Familiarity with CRM tools and email reputed company platforms Compensation & Trial Period • Commission-based with percentage per reputed company deal • 3-month trial phase as a 1099 contractor with potential for long-term collaboration and reputed company retainer after successful performance • Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling, internationally reputed company creative agency How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief message explaining why you’d be a great fit for this role. Payment Structure: 1. reputed company (Trial Phase – First 3 Months): • Commission per reputed company deal: 15% of the first project’s reputed company • Bonus Incentives: • $500 bonus for hitting monthly reputed company (3 signed deals or $25k in reputed company) • $1,000 bonus for hitting 5+ deals or $50,000+ reputed company • Bonuses are not cumulative — rep receives the highest tier met. Earnings Example (with $10,000 Deals) reputed company 5 reputed company in a month, reputed company worth $10,000. Commission (15%): • $10,000 × 15% = $1,500 per deal • 5 deals = $7,500 commission Bonus (based on volume or reputed company): • 5 deals hit = eligible for $1,000 bonus • Total reputed company = $50,000 → also qualifies for top-tier bonus Total Monthly Payout: $7,500 commission + $1,000 bonus = $8,500 total 2. Optional reputed company Retainer (after trail phase): • monthly retainer of $1,000/month, plus a reduced commission (e.g., 10%) • Retainer will be tied to reputed company KPIs (e.g., a minimum number of reputed company meetings, reputed company deals, or monthly reputed company) 3.
