Looking for Virtual Assistant - Contract to Hire
HR Service Jobs is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and teams across various departments. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise, technical skills, and a keen ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will excel in a remote work environment and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• * Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and meetings.
• * Handle and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and other communications.
• * Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
• * Perform data entry and maintain databases with high accuracy.
• * Organize and schedule travel arrangements, including accommodations and itineraries.
• * Assist with project management tasks and track project milestones and deadlines.
• * Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
• * Provide support for HR functions such as onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration.
• * Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• * Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
• * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• * Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• * High attention to detail and accuracy.
• * Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) is a plus.
• Experience:
• * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a related administrative position.
• * Experience supporting senior executives or teams in a remote environment is preferred.
• Working Hours:
• * This is a full-time, contract-to-hire position.
• * Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (local time), with flexibility as needed.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• * Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• * Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• * Comfortable working with diverse teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
