B2B Appointment Setter - Commercial Pressure Washing Services (ZR_25067_JOB)

This is a remote position. Schedule: • 40 hours a week • Monday - Friday 9 am-6 pm CST includes 1hr unpaid break Responsibilities: • Conduct high-volume outbound calling to businesses for appointment setting • Handle objections, rejections, and hesitations from prospects professionally • Book qualified appointments directly into the client’s calendar • Work with provided lead lists of 2,000-3,000 business prospects • Track and organize call results and lead status updates • Follow established calling processes or help build new processes from scratch • Maintain professional communication and strong phone presence during all interactions • Provide regular updates on calling activities and appointment setting results Scope: • Targeting commercial businesses for pressure washing services • Working primarily with provided lead lists and databases • Focus on appointment setting rather than live sales transfers • Potential to help establish and refine calling processes and procedures • Opportunity for commission or incentive structures based on performance • Long-term role with potential for growth as the business expands Requirements: • Strong English communication skills with clear phone presence • Previous experience in appointment setting or sales roles in the B2B space • Customer service background with ability to handle calls professionally • Proven ability to manage high call volumes effectivelyExperience with basic CRM systems or spreadsheet management • Persistence and resilience in handling rejections and objections • Ability to work independently while following established procedures • Experience working with startup environments or building processes preferred Independent Contractor Perks • Permanent work-from-home • Immediate hiring ZR_25067_JOB Apply tot his job
