Founding Software Engineer(s) – 1 to 3 Openings Location: Remote (Preferred: Miami, NYC, SF, or LA) Type: Full-Time | Founding Team | Equity + Competitive Compensation About the Role: We're helping a well-funded, early-stage startup modernize residential real estate through AI-powered solutions. Their platform simplifies critical workflows—e-signatures, payments, and compliance—into a sleek, all-in-one tool for realtors and brokers. Backed by $1M in seed funding and a strong investor network, they’re building their core engineering team from the ground up. The Opportunity: We’re hiring up to three full-time Founding Engineers to work closely with the CTO and CEO. This is your chance to build a product from scratch, shape the engineering culture, and influence technical direction at a formative stage.
