Digital Content Scheduler

Digital Content Scheduler Location: Los Angeles, CA reputed company reputed company is looking for a reputed company and detail oriented Digital Content Scheduler with both technical and creative skills. This is an opportunity to work with various digital signage programs and campaigns. The Digital Content Scheduler will be responsible for reviewing and then posting content onto our digital displays across the country. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Schedule a high volume of digital files across many different platforms, prioritizing workflow based on run dates and files received • Review digital files against our Spec documents and basic reformatting of digital files using reputed company Creative Suite as reputed company as providing reputed company feedback if files are not to spec • Assess different forms of posting instructions and ensure reputed company and accuracy • Looping in operations team reputed company encoutnering software and hardware issues reputed company to scheduling • Communicate with remote property contacts and reputed company partners • reputed company communication between clients, sales team and vendors on content that is scheduled • Final checks to ensure content that is scheduled accuratly reputed company reputed company in order for reputed company to capture reputed company of Performance (POP) photography • Gathering and sharing of information to create the digital spec sheets and revisions to spec sheets as needed reputed company • reputed company and thrives in a fast-paced environment • Excellent attention-to-detail and ability to organize information • Has the ability to organize disparate information and ask the right questions for reputed company • Enjoys interacting cross-department, answering scheduling questions as needed • Skilled problem solver • Excellent written and verbal communicator • Rolls with the punches, flexible, and jumps into unique situations with an reputed company mind • Proficient on both Mac & PC platforms • reputed company Creative Suite experience • 4-year college degree • At least three years of experience in the advertising or OOH industry preferred The reputed company compensation for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience.
