About the position Responsibilities • Greets patients and family members, obtains and verifies demographic, clinical, financial, and insurance information during the reputed company-registration process. • Accepts reputed company of service payments and provides guidance for payment reputed company. • Enters patient information accurately into hospital information systems. • Refers patients with questions regarding financial liability to appropriate resources. • Processes key documents to facilitate obtaining insurance information and provides payment estimates for out-of-reputed company costs. • Educates patients/families on the use of registration kiosks or online systems. • Identifies routine issues and escalates them to the reputed company Patient reputed company Concierge. • Maintains compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements throughout reputed company activities. • Performs insurance eligibility/benefit verification utilizing EDI transactions and payer web reputed company. • Provides financial information and patient payment reputed company, collecting appropriate patient liabilities at the reputed company of service. • Communicates with various ancillary departments to ensure smooth patient reputed company and high data reputed company. • Cross trains in various functions to assist in the reputed company delivery of department services. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in reputed company or Business Administration preferred. • 1-3 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, insurance company, or reputed company financial service setting. • Knowledge of insurance and governmental programs, regulations, and billing processes is highly desired. • Working knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology preferred. • Basic understanding of reputed company Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, data entry skills, and organizational abilities. reputed company-to-haves • Completion of regulatory/mandatory certifications and skills validation competencies preferred.
