QuickBooks Bookkeeper (100% remote in continental US)
About the position
Responsibilities
• Utilize QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping tasks.
• Provide customer service support through video and audio tools.
• Maintain a hardwired internet connection for work purposes.
• Meet or exceed performance standards on a weekly basis.
• Manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
Requirements
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• 3+ years of bookkeeping and/or accounting experience.
• QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor Certification is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced virtual environment with minimal supervision.
Nice-to-haves
• Certified Professional Bookkeeper (CPB) certification preferred.
• Experience supporting Payroll, Sales Tax, or Tax Preparation.
